Abstract

The utility model relates to a one time insulating frame for a high-voltage coil which is used for a high-voltage mutual-inductor. The utility model adopts resin insulating material, and the whole body is shaped by a mould vacuum injection. The utility model is composed of a barrel body, an upper end ring, a lower end ring and a middle spacing ring whose intersection has no seam, and the surface of the insulating frame body is not provided with sharp corners. The utility model has the advantages of large insulating resistance, large electric strength, large mechanical strength, no absorption of moisture, high temperature resistance performance, corrosion resistance performance, ageing resistance performance and crushing resistance performance. The utility model can be applied to manufacture a 35 kV high-voltage mutual-inductor, the degree of precision can reach a 0.2 stage, and the power frequency compressive strength can reach more than 105 kV per minute. The induction compressive strength is three times of the rated voltage, and lightning impulse is 250 kV chopped impulse.
一种用于高压互感器中用的一次高压线圈绝缘 框,采用树脂类绝缘材料,用模具真空压注整体成型, 它由筒体,上、下端环及中间隔环组成,上、下端环及 中间隔环与筒体交接处,没有任何接缝,绝缘框体表 面不存在尖角。本实用新型具有绝缘电阻大、电气强 度大、机械强度大、不吸潮、耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐老化不 易破碎的优良性能,应用于制造35kV高压互感器, 精度可达到0.2级、工频耐压强度在105kV/1分钟 以上,感应耐压强度为三倍额定电压,雷电冲击为 250kV截波。
