一种用航空燃气轮机作动力的锅炉辅机,是利用 航空涡扇发动机作为核心发动机,再配以动力涡轮 组、高速筒形泵和将其外涵气流引入块煤粉碎室及重 力浮选塔,以最小的改型设计和费用,尽最大可能保 留原航空动力的高性能,使本装置能同时为火电厂的 锅炉完成给水、供风和粉碎块煤、输送煤粉的任务,可 以替代原锅炉辅助设备:水泵、风机和空气压缩机。 本装置动力先进,结构紧凑,能耗节省,投资少,为已 退役的航空发动机的新用途。
The utility model relates to a boiler auxiliaries which uses the aircraft gas turbine as the dynamic force. It makes use of the aircraft turbofan engine as the core engine and is equipped with a dynamic turbine assembly and a barrel type pump and leads its by-pass air flow into the lump coal pulverizing compartment and the gravity flotation tower, using the minimum modification designing and cost to reserve the high-performance of the original aero-dynamic force with the maximal possibility to make the device be able to simultaneously complete the task of water feed, air feed, lump coal pulverization and the coal powder transportation for the heat-engine plant boiler. It can replace the original boiler auxiliaries: water pump, blower fan and air compressor. This device is provided with advanced dynamic force, compact conformation, saving energy consumption and few capital investment, which is a new use of the ex-service aerial engine.
