本实用新型提供了一种滑盖式便携电子设备的滑动结构,它包括第一支撑结构和第二支撑结构,第一支撑结构和第二支撑结构之间连接有驱动机构,第一支撑结构设有齿轮或齿轮组,第二支撑结构设有能与所述齿轮或齿轮组中的齿轮啮合的齿条。第二支撑结构还可设有齿轮的阻尼器,阻尼器包括容器,容器中设有阻尼油,齿轮的转轴设有处于容器中与阻尼油配合的摩擦件。本实用新型能够利用合理的摩擦力来实现缓冲,降低弹簧对滑动体滑动行程限位的冲击力,特别是,采用阻尼器和阻尼油作为进一步的制动手段,不仅能够实现无磨损的摩擦制动,而且能进一步地提高滑动体开合操作的手感。
The utility model provides a sliding structure of a slide type portable electronic device, which comprises a first supporting structure and a second supporting structure. A drive mechanism is connected between the first supporting structure and the second supporting structure; the first supporting structure is provided with a gear or a gear train; the second supporting structure is provided with arack capable of being meshed with the gear and a gear in the gear train, as well as a damper; the damper comprises a container; damping oil is filled in the container; and the rotating shaft of the gear is provided with a friction piece positioned in the container and matched with the damping oil. The utility model achieves the cushioning effect by utilizing the reasonable friction force, reducesthe impact force of a spring to the limiting of the slide stroke of a sliding body; and particularly, since the damper and the damping oil are adopted as a further brake means, the sliding structurecan not only achieve wear-free friction brake, but also further improve the hand feeling of opening and closing the slide body.
